Solar panels with a high-efficiency Munchkin boiler heat hot water and radiant baseboards, while new low-e windows throughout, interior wrap and cedar siding seal the building envelope. Rebuilt master bedroom with new deck; extended west end houses new garage and light-filled kitchen with curved wall of windows.
